Michigan Lily (Lilium michiganense)
This stately summer blooming perennial is one of only two lilies native to the Western Great Lakes region. Towering up to six feet in moist meadows and forest openings, this lily is a food source for hummingbirds and sphinx moths, long-tongued bees and swallowtail butterflies.
